NJ buys NYCs trash and burns it in a power plant at exit 15 on the Turnpike. They have been doing this for 10 years.

it already is coming through here... and several counties are trying to push laws keeping the trucks OFF secondary roads and destroying them cause they don't want to pay the thruway tolls!!!

Carry putifying garbage out of the City and then fill the same railcars and CONNEXs with veggies for sale in the City markets.

What could be better?
