Battle of Britain (Luftschlacht um England) was one of the most famous battles of World War Two. Take control of a Polish airmen of the 303 Squadron during World War II. Play with friends or fight against other human opponents in multiplayer mode. Use arrow keys to control your plane and press Z to increase to full throttle. Press X to fire machine guns. Much fun with Battle of Britain.

Fun and nice graphics, and a great tribute to those who continued to fight from exile.
I'm glad the No. 303 got to fly Hurricanes, Spitfires, and Mustangs once in Britain instead of PZL-11's, though. :-)

This looks fascinating. My son would be very interested in playing. Is there a cost?

Unfortunately - they didn't manage to start production of the new Polish prototype -
PZL.50 Jastrząb (Hawk) , before WW2 started).
FYI - today Polish F-16s are called Jastrząb.

Lots of historical accuracy for a simple game. It's interesting that they correctly show the kill by F/O Paszkiewicz as a Bf100, not a Do 17 like he reported. Amazing he was dead less than a month later. (Nice that you change characters to F/O Urbanowicz--it will be a short campaign game otherwise.)
I can't say I do as well as F/O Urbanowicz, though...his plane never got hit a single time throughout the whole war, not even a single bullet, despite having more kills than any other Polish pilot save one.
I'm glad he escaped the Communists. It's sad to think of the heroes of WWII who did not.

Is that based on estimated flight characteristics or what?
