The house showing was a waste of time. As soon as I saw that he was alone I knew he was a pro-house-flipper. Turns out I was right.

Yes, the house is cleaned out. In fact, it is neater than our own. ;-)

It was recommended that we list it without an agent for a few weeks. We have four interested callers.

No doubt about it, the house needs new windows. I'm going to ask a window company for a free estimate.

If nothing happens in two weeks we will list with an agent.
