Brad Pitt has waded into the Gulf oil spill controversy with an extraordinary veiled attack on BP.
The Hollywood actor said he would consider the death penalty for those to blame for the ruptured well that gushed millions of gallons of oil into the ocean.
He was speaking in a documentary due to be screened in the US tomorrow tonight.

Talented actors, and he is a talented actor, are at their best when they are reciting lines that other people thought up. They tend to look like idiots when they have to come up with their own material.

The well was not ruptured deliberately but the Obama administration dragged their heels to permit action on the spill. There was not a shortage of available skimmers. The Feds would not approve action the governor of Louisiana requested.
