It’s good to hear that there is no language barrier, and I’m sure that she enjoys the sonnets.

Yes, if it weren’t for the huge feline monsters patroling in my house, I could have a little dog in here.

Unless it is a Youtube video embed, I upload all my videos from a mirror safe site I have. So what you see on my site is either YouTube or straight from my HD as is the one with the cat.

So nothing added.

I am not trying to be overly sensitive. My irritable attitude comes more from my current physical condition then anything.

I have sat back and read where many Freepers have prayed for me and I am grateful to them.

About a little over a month ago I was the object of attacks and lies by a now former Freeper, and maybe that is also showing through in my comment, along with the nerve pain I am feeling as I type with one finger.

I will try to come off less sensitive, if possible next time I respond.

“Color me skeptical.”

Does skeptical come in colors?

I would think she is stupid to pick up a rat. I hate rats.

I’m so very sorry to hear of your suffering.

I will continue praying for relief of your pain.

No hard feelings on this end.

:)

People talking about this at work - someone said she heard that the woman was identified and her name made public and now she needs police protection from all the people who want to get her.

Which is just wrong too.

(CBS) When his missing cat, Lola, was found in a trash bin, howling in distress, Darryl Mann, of Coventry, England, checked the surveillance video from a security camera outside his house.

On the tape, Mann saw woman pause to stroke the cat, then inexplicably drop it in the bin.

CBS News correspondent Richard Roth reported on “The Early Show” the cat was trapped in the trash container for 15 hours.

Mann told reporters, “I don’t know how anyone could, you know, go to bed and sleep at night knowing they’ve just locked a cat in a wheelie-bin; I just, you know, I don’t know what was going through her head at the time.”

Mystified by the random act of cruelty that turned his cat into kitty litter, Mann posted the video on Facebook, where it didn’t take long to stir online outrage — even death threats aimed at the middle-aged woman from the middle of England — ultimately identified as 45-year old Mary Bale, who works at a local bank.

Bale told the tabloid The Sun, “It was a split second of madness.”

She explained to the paper, “I thought it would be funny.” And anyway, she added, “It’s just a cat.”
