Nobody has offered any actual evidence for the 150 coconut statistic. However, it is likely that the people being killed by Coconuts are mostly people who are picking coconuts, or who live around the trees.

Those people were murdered with coconuts by pit bill owners to hide the crimes of their bulls.....
At least we have control over whether or not we stand under a tree that has coconuts....but have no control over feral type pit bulls let roam loose in many neighborhoods.
Plus, actually you have to blame gravity and NOT the coconut, which had no choice or intent...
