Food by itself cannot be “healthy”.
The word you want is “healthful”, as in, giving healthfullness back to the consumer.
Any food that’s still within its shelf life and
has not starting to rot or ‘turn’, I suppose you could call
healthy, though.
As far as the actual import of the question,
I’ve seen chickpeas described as the complete food
nutritionally.
We all KNOW, regardless of the jokes we make about bacon,
and twinkies,etc. that green vegetables are never gonna
hurt ya. So stick with them.

Easy.

Pizza.

Fiber, grains, dairy, vegetables, meat all in a single food. Easy to eat, good hot or cold (ever had hot cantaloupe?), no need for dishes or silverware, no skin to remove, and a simple phone call brings it to me in less than 30 minutes!
