Easy.
Pizza.
Fiber, grains, dairy, vegetables, meat all in a single food. Easy to eat, good hot or cold (ever had hot cantaloupe?), no need for dishes or silverware, no skin to remove, and a simple phone call brings it to me in less than 30 minutes!
I would argue that any pizza you can get in that manner sucks big time.
