Were these people informed of the hours of work and appropriate breaks before they were hired? If they then accepted the job offer, they also then accepted the hours. Anything later is only at the employer’s acceptance.
If one of them came to work for me under the above circumstances, and later told me I had to alter my schedule to suit them, I’d show them where the door is. I pay their salary. They work when I say they work.

Swift should follow the commands of the tyrant in our White House. (1) Rehire all the slugs and parasites they fired. (2) Grant prayer time five times a day. (3) Fire every single one of those troublemakers who walked off the job but do it for other, unrelated reasons, spreading the firings over several weeks or even months. If the thugs interfere with that too, rehire everyone again, and in a couple of months close that plant due to reduced product demand (open another plant first if necessary). Obama and his National Socialists have taken over GM and Chrysler, along with several of our large banks. They cannot be permitted to take even partial control of the day to day operations of small or medium companies.
