A former bodyguard for pop star Britney Spears has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her.
Fernando Flores has accused the singer of repeatedly parading around in the nude and having sex in front of him.
Mr Flores also claims Ms Spears caused him emotional distress by having violent quarrels with her boyfriend in front of her two children.
The singer's lawyer did not comment. A lawyer for her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, called the case "baseless".
According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Mr Flores alleges that Spears made repeated, unwanted sexual advances and summoned him to her room to expose her naked body.
He also claims that he witnessed the singer punish her young sons with his belt and act inappropriately in front of them....

You think as body guard to a famously unhinged and slutty pop tart you might actually SEE the body, and stand nearby while she engaged in her slutty ways?

I believe most bodyguards would view this as a fringe benefit of being in her employ. Hard to picture why someone would sue over this, but these days you can find a lawyer to take on even the most ridiculous lawsuits against deep-pocketed clients.
Maybe 10 years ago, not today. She’s scary.
I don’t know about that. The last time I saw her she had put on a lot of weight.

What does this gig pay? I would ask about the qualifications for the job but based on the guy's photo that bar looks pretty low. Is their a co-pay with the dental? Do I fax or e-mail my resume?

Good grief. She should’ve hired a bodyguard with some stones.
This is the equivalent of a strip-club bouncer suing for on-the-job nudity and explicit sexuality. I would figure enduring some nudity would be part of his job description.
Britney Spears is not known for her modesty or class. She flashed the entire American public with her pantiless car-exit. She wears next-to-nothing on stage in front of dozens of people. Was he seriously was expecting that she wouldn’t prance around naked in her dressing room?
Also ... with private bodyguards that are around all the time, you’ve got to figure that there may be some instances when they accidentally walk in on a private moment. I’d hate to think the things the Secret Service saw during the Clinton Administration ...
