Come on, this is HSUS. They have a platform that makes absolutely no distinction between the human filth that kept these animals in such abhorrent conditions and breeders who have one litter a year if that, health test dogs before their first breeding and who sell pups/kittens with contracts that provide the buyer with a guarantee the animal can be returned no matter how old the pet.
HSUS wants all breeding of animals, both pet and livestock, to be eventually outlawed.
And yes, I am beyond cynical when it comes to A/R outfits.
