There is a serious lack of grace in the new generations.

“They need to send her to a private rehab clinic for a YEAR, at HER EXPENSE.”

She has repeatedly “conned” rehabs. She needs a year in jail JUST to keep her away from her mother, her supposed girlfriend, her drugs and her posse!!

Honestly, I'd bet Lohan is broke and her lifestyle is funded by benefactors who pay her way in exchange for the novelty of getting to hang out with a celebrity.

And she can save money by using those as her headshots for her portfolio.

Why are we spending money locking this chick up again?

Apparently for not following the courts directions after she was busted for reckelss driving and two seperate charges of driving under the influence and given lieniency in place of more significant penalties.

Who did she hurt, what did she destroy?

She might have been able to swerve around the kids in the mini-van the couple times that she was caught, but she was caught driving under the influence. Do you recommend no punishment for people driving under the influence or would it be better to only punish people once they kill a bus load of nuns and orphans?

She might have done the right thing in hiring legal counsel and committing to certain restrictions in her life in lieu of whatever the original punishment might have been. That was her choice.

As for not being able to live up to the restrictions she agreed to - tough shit for her. Time to pay for the original crime and to pay back the loan of leniency given to her.

"This is just insanity."

I fully agree.

Do I care what she does as long as it only involves herself - F'n NO!

She's officially worn out her 15 minutes of fame, and has only herself to blame for the bad choices she continues to make.

What good does it do for me or you that she is incarcerated right now?

For that matter, what good does it do that you or I are not incarcerated right now?

I dont care if she snorts coke. Even if she was my next door neighbor. As long as she dosent bug me.

There are millions of vehicles and people out there, any combination of the two could hit and kill a bus full of orphans and nuns.

Why dont we ban all mind altering substances and ban driving.

Oh I forgot, they did that in Afghanistan, essentially.

That's probably the only gig she'll be able to land these days.

My impression is that the money from the show paid to the participants ends up covering the drug usage after they get out, in about half the cases.

How about... “ Don’t let your kids do any acting, on stage, tv or on the screen.”

Less chance that a someone who apparently has a history of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol won't kill someone.

For that matter, what good does it do that you or I are not incarcerated right now?

For me, that I am a productive part of society that obeys the laws and in reference to this issue, doesn't drive around under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

For you not sure, this is one of those questions that seems to smell of herb if you know what I mean.

I dont care if she snorts coke. Even if she was my next door neighbor. As long as she dosent bug me.

Personally - I don't care either. Difference between your hypothical and this situation is that she moved her personal choices onto the road and broke the law, and even got caught, several times. That is what she is being punished for. Even the most devout drug legalization advocate would have to see that her actions would be used, if not are, a prime example of why such such legalization could have negative consequences.

There are millions of vehicles and people out there, any combination of the two could hit and kill a bus full of orphans and nuns.

Agreed, it's just that drunk or "mind altered" drivers seem to have a propensity for killing other people. Your sense is not making bong silly laugh, hungry.

Why dont we ban all mind altering substances and ban driving.

Why don't we seperate the two, bong, hungry, funny, giggle, issues, bong, giggle, pizza, issues, and only pickles and ice cream, bong, giggle, and deal with them that way. Giggle, bong, old lunch meat, hungry.

Maybe seperating mind altering substances from driving is a good thing. And if bong, jalepeno chips, there is a more, bong, mustard, more sensical way to discuss the seperate issues of the risks and usefulness of legal enforcement issus regarding driving, bong, take out chinese, and the private use of, bong, giggle, huh?, mind altering substances, there could be a useful discussion.

Oh I forgot, they did that in Afghanistan, essentially. They made driving under the influence a crime?

Honetly man, set the bong down and get a few fresh breaths of air. If you want to use this nitwit as the poster child for drug legalization I think you are, sniff, snort, hiccup, giggle, snort, hungry, huh?, an idiot.

Hmmm...good question. The good news for LiLo is that she's not too far from San Bernardino Valley, so her next career is a short skip away.

Smoked tuna...YUCK!

“And the closeted ones give it to their wives who give it to the mailman. Not cool.”

My family is friends with a family where something related happened: The other family had a son, who's wife was the Whore of Babylon and infected the husband with AIDS. Both of them are now dead. They divorced when he found out she was cheating, but by then it was too late; the AIDS diagnosis came a couple years after the divorce.

I know that he did inform his post-whore female friends he had about the diagnosis; have no idea how many other people got infected though. But it was (is) a real-life example of an AIDS-chain.

Very, very sad.

How sad is that?

A lovely young woman becomes a Hollyweird train wreck.

The financial gains will never offset a ruined life.

You know, a drunk driver broke both my legs a few years back.

Obviously imprisoning girls like this for testing positive for coke probably would have prevented that, right?

It is all causation, right?

You seem to have a lot of time on your hands.

Dark hair, blond hair, red hair. She feels she can control her hair color but she can’t control her life. Hillary in the early 90’s had a new hair style every few weeks.

Doesn’t mean anything I suppose.
