A man wanted on suspicion of turning his mentally disabled 21-year-old girlfriend into a prostitute has turned himself into police.
Nicholas Geranios, 27, walked into a San Francisco police station Tuesday night and surrendered, South San Francisco police Sgt. Joni Lee said. He is being held without bail in a San Francisco jail and will be sent to San Mateo County in the coming days.
Police said Geranios, who has Redwood City and South San Francisco addresses, started posting Internet ads about a month ago offering the woman for sex in exchange for cash. She has a disorder that has left her with the mental age of a person about 12 years old. After each encounter -- police believe there were at least six -- the money went to Geranios, Lee said.
The crime went undetected until the victim's mother heard Geranios had bragged about beating and pimping the woman, Lee said. The mother called police, who brought in the victim and Geranios for questioning. Initially, she told officers nothing had happened, but once they talked to her away from the suspect, she told them everything, Lee said.

I remember an incident, some years ago, that was sort of like this, but not.
The john, a police informant, showed up at the apartment, met the “pimp” at the door, paid him, then went and had sex with the “prostitute” in the bedroom. He thought he had good bust, until, just before leaving, the “pimp” gave him back his money, and thanked him for *his* service.
Totally confused, the “pimp” then explained to the informant-john that the “prostitute” was actually his kinky girlfriend, who liked role playing with strangers. After leaving, the informant-john then went to the police, and telling them the story, left them as confused as he was.
This turned into an academic exercise at the police station, trying to figure out if something, anything, the couple had done was actually illegal. Apparently not. But, according to the police, it should have been.
He will be, you can be sure of that. Inmates have very little compassion for his crime...

No. Not really. Spent a little time in the corrections business.. He’ll fit right in.. Inmates don’t care about what you did. Its about what you have to offer...
Yeah, tell that to the short-eyes (baby rapers) and other sex offenders that are in PC.
A friend of mine has a very beautiful daughter with some sort of mental disability like this. It’s a constant worry. Her naive and trusting nature, mental age of 12 or so, and completely normal and quite lovely appearance mean that she will be a target of this kind of vile scumbag for many years.
He’ll soon be playing the flesh trombone with the prison band.
And isnt sad when you hear the word “pimp” used as a good thing?
Pimps are the lowest on the criminal food chain. They dont even get the respect of scumbag thieves and killers.
