Another news day. Still zero, recent Christine O'Donnell polls...
(vanity)

Posted on 10/03/2010 11:10:11 AM PDT by Cringing Negativism Network

News search again today, still shows no recent polling in the Christine O'Donnell race...

The most recent available poll numbers, are now nearly 3 weeks stale.

TOPICS: Chit/Chat
KEYWORDS: cod; delaware; odonnell
Yet I see numerous liberal articles, claiming she's "sinking" in polls.

Ironically the articles - refer as evidence at the original Ras poll from the middle of LAST MONTH immediately after her upset victory.

She's being deliberately slimed.

The GOP isn't helping.

LOL!

If she were sinking in the polls, the MSM would be having a "hay day" with it....they aren't.

Could the gains be so huge that the MSM can’t muster up the courage to face them? This is similar to the guy who shoots an 8 on a par 4 and puts down 4. Can’t face reality. Can’t deal with the humiliation.

About Polls: Figures don’t lie, any liar can figure.

Any poll at any time can be constructed to support your previously determined conclusion.

NEVER trust a poll conducted by a national media organization. They are propaganda - and designed to shape opinion, not reflect it.

If they had a poll that was negative for O’Donnell, it would be news...

A common tactic of the media is to work on someone, or a subject first, for a period of time, and then take a poll once they think that the proper view will be reflected by the public.

Is she spending any of the “Money Bomb” money?

Christine is busy filming campaign commercials and has almost $3,000,000 to spend getting out her positive message of conservative fiscal values. Remember that Castle was way ahead in the polls prior to the primary and all the ‘experts’ were expecting to see Christine blown away. Oooops. Since we know how the left would blow the trumpet if they were aware that she had any recent bad polls...for now, no news is good news.

Our internal polling shows Barbara Boxer taking the bonehead vote by 7 points.

A recent poll conducted by freeper ROCKLOBSTER shows O'Donnell up by 30 points. +/- 1% margin of error.

Polls are usually done over a weekend and released on Tuesday. The most recent poll on the DE Senate race is not three weeks old but less than two weeks old. It was the Fox News poll that showed O'Donnell with 39%.

O'Donnell has finally started doing some retail campaigning in rural New Castle, which is the real battleground of this race. The next poll will tell us a lot.

The most recent poll I could find was at: http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2010/election_2010_senate_elections/delaware/election_2010_delaware_senate ~ at that time Castle had still not said if he was going to go for a write-in. That gave folks an “out” on the Christine vote. On the other hand, Coons (making yet another appearance without a pet gerbil) only had 49%.

I sent Christine $50 today. I urge others to do the same. This thing IS winnable.

“Coons without a pet gerbil.” LOL!

Coons is another Patty Murray - all he lacks is a dress and sneakers. Christine is smart, articulate, energetic, and principled - exactly what we need in the Senate.

For me, this will be the bell weather event of this election. If Christine wins, it will mean that the American people have truly awakened.

I agree. She must be closing the gap but by how much? Still, there is time left to catch Coons.

The polls on this race have been done on a monthly basis. It’s not a daily presidential list. Making an issue of the absence of a poll that isn’t yet due is weird.

Of course, when the poll DOES come down, and if it isn’t in her favor, then we can expect the “Soros bought off Rasmussen” stuff again.

The paranoid conspiracists have been one of the most disturbing thing about the O’Donnell campaign.

People thought we were crazy to think she would win the primary, too.

Interesting, thanks.

Just noting now it’s Monday morning - still no new polls on the race.
