I remember the book was supposed to be released before the election and they got it held back.

But that was back when the Democrats were “going to hold congress for 40 years”.

Since then a lot has happened.

Bush Derangement Syndrome is in remission in all but the most diseased lefty.

Hard to predict...but a Presidential comparison at this time may be a GOOD thing.

No, this is Bush’s doing. He has been making public appearances recently. His publisher told him he could make more money on the book by disclosing some of the contents before the election.

We just have far too many people on our side that panic over anything.

Do you guys really think releasing exerpts from the Bush book (don’t go there) will hurt the GOP on Tuesday? How? What can this book possibly reveal that hasn’t already been lied about by the ‘Rats? Don’t forget why people are going to the polls in droves... Stimulis, Obamacare, etc.. Bush didn’t do that... The only people that can possibly be hurt by this book is if he throws someone under the bus. Outside of that, W is old news and folks are tired of the blame Bush campaign.

“It was a simple question, ‘Can you remember the last day you didn’t have a drink?’”

I don’t see how this hurts anyone including Bush - he had a problem and got over it.

I have to disagree, I love when the left brings up W lately, because it turns people off.

W is as old news as the Macarana, and folks are just sick of the same old song and dance. Every time Obama blames Bush, every time the media gets on a anti-Bush rant, congress and the POTUS lose points.

People want to know what is going on NOW to fix their job situation, the economy, taxes, etc. They are sick to death of hearing about W, and the one-trick-pony of the D party.

I think the economy is in such bad shape for folks, and worries about the future are so bleak, people want folks who are looking ahead, not behind, and I think that is part of the success of the TEA party.

I say put Dan Rather on the air, and let him do another report on Bush, run it all week long, and watch the generic poll go up 5% on the republicans.

I agree - panic and hysteria seem to be the order of the day. (And if you think Bush Derangement Syndrome is bad on the left, it ain’t nothin’ compared to how it is on FR.)

Things get taken out of context all the time and I think some of this book will definitely be mismanaged.

I doubt Bush did this on purpose but I do know his administration was never good at stopping leaks.

Good grief, everyone, calm down! When the left bashes W it only strengthens my resolve to get out the vote! I’m fed up with these asshats blaming W for everything.

Actually, the book was supposed to be released BEFORE the election, but Bush asked them to wait until AFTER the election so that it wouldn’t become an election issue.

Someone ELSE is up to no good.

I was hoping the book’s title would be: “F**k you, Liberals! I Am Not a Chimp!”

"That makes zero sense."

---------------------------------

Hmmmm... who does Obama blame for every problem? Bush.

Why is Bush pushing a book just days before an important election? This gives Obama opportunity to blame Bush. Bush needs to shut up and stop trying hurt conservatives.
