An Irish filmmaker has uncovered irrefutable evidence of the viability of time travel: a shot of a woman jabbering into a cellphone in a Charlie Chaplin silent film.
George Clarke, the Belfast director of the independent zombie film, "Battle of the Bone," spotted the time traveler in the DVD extra footage of the 1928 Academy Award winning film, "The Circus." He uploaded the clip to YouTube on Oct. 19, and it has since been viewed 1.5 million times.

Its not a cell phone. Its a transistor radio. The transistor radio wasn't invented until the 50's.
He/she is definitely holding something up to their ear. I don't know what it is, but I'm sure there is a very reasonable 1920's explanation. No, I don't buy the time traveler BS.

God. I bet I am the only one here who got that reference.
Was there any connection between his name and Suggs? I think Suggs was a nickname to hide his Scottish name in England.

Looks like she is shielding the sun from her eyes as she tells her husband walking ahead of her to slow down. Not sure what all the hullabaloo is about.

Its not a transistor radioits a crystal set. They had them in 1928. I was joking about the transistors. But it does look like she's listening to the radio. Could they have had a crystal set that small?
