Don't disregard the wisdom of people like Rove
11/11/2010 | babubabu

Posted on 11/11/2010 5:31:34 PM PST by babubabu

You know, many mediocre politicians are using the tea party as a vehicle to get elected.. It's weird. Many politicians claim they are conservative but don't have a track record we can check. Other politicians who are truly conservative, but unfortunately have this long track record, are brutally attacked for any little mistake they made in the past. This is ridiculous.

Maybe the best way to get true conservatives elected is to put substance over rhetoric.

You've posted the same comment twice now. Do you want your Zot now or would your rather have it with dessert?

It looks like he won't be having dessert.

I don’t know which is worse, a Romney cheerleader or a Rove sycophant.

IBT Tokyo Rove Z.

Rove knows as much about conservatism as his administration knew about vetoing a spending bill.

Castle was a union supported hack backed by Mr Potato head.

Get off the stage Rove you have done enough damage to this country...

Thanks for the William F. Buckley, Jr. quote!

I can just picture him saying that as he held a pencil/pen with a smirk on his face!

"Don't disregard the wisdom of people like Rove"

Yeah, the wisdom and political advice of Karl Rove left George W. Bush's legacy and the Republican party in a shining glory, right? He's been a moderate all along. I for one never understood all that "Rove, you magnificent bastard" nonsense. He's just another inside-the-beltway hack.

I have a lot of respect for his political knowledge. I can understand how he didn't like Christine. Its just a damn shame he had to be so AWFUL about it. Two reasons, it certainly hurt her in the elections, how much? Who knows. I think she was flawed as well, but his lunatic ranting sure didnt help. Secondly, it has turned off so many Conservatives to his wisdom. I believe he has a lot of smarts, but he has pissed away his good stead among the grass roots.

Karl, I understand how you felt and feel, but come on, did you HAVE to go on like that? It was unseemly. You should have been the bigger man.

You’re posting ANOTHER Rove boot-licking thread?

Already?

Rove sucks. He’s a traitor, and a weenie.

And his mother dresses him funny.

His juvenile little tantrum ruined him. I doubt anyone here will take him seriously going forward. Whoever hires him starts off with a black mark next to his name that he probably won’t survive. It is similar to whoever hires McCain’s team, after all their really petty sniping at Palin. I’m watching to see who hires them; whoever they wind up working for is probably taking himself right out of consideration for anything.

These are the kind of people we can live without. O’Donnell wasn’t perfect, there is no such thing as perfect. She was a normal person who more or less shares my principles. Trash her and I might take it personal. Trash Palin, trash DeMint, and I might take it that maybe you don’t like conservatives. Which means you’d be silly to expect me to support you.

“Moderates”, I’ve noticed, always expect conservatives to support them in the interest of the party. I notice that when the shoe is on the other foot, though, their loyalty is a one-way street. The GOP can get along a lot better without them.

His “political knowledge” is what gave the Democrats control oof both Houses by a wide majority. Perhaps he is a legend in his own mind though. He certainly is a legend as far as Sean Hannity is concerned.

Tokyo Rove a card carrying RHINO is nothing more that a self serving party hack. He fried what credibility he had left in his overt attempt to smear Christine O’Donell in her bid for the Deleware senate seat.

sometimes I think a lot of freepers are really DUers.

And Freepers who've been around longer than two years think that some newbies are Rovebots.

Rove sucks. He’s a traitor, and a weenie.

But Hannity still loves him. He had him on his show today.

I'm telling you, Sean is getting on my last nerve with that.

Karl was pissed off because the people did not endorse his selected candidate. Progressives do not like when the masses deviate from the party's decisions. That threatens their power and they don't like to have their power threatened.

Karl would love to have a Soviet system where the people may vote for the party's candidate.

The wisdom of Rove is like a light unto the nations.

And we did approach the light, and saw it was aflame.

And the flame was a danger, and so we put our foot upon the flaming danger.

And lo, it was a burning bag of dog poo.

And the people did learn the lesson.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Wow, zotted already.

I used to have to put up with RINOs like you for 2 years. Now you guys are getting zotted in 2 days. Good Riddance.

My standard IBTZ post, which is also my standard IATZ post:

___________________________________________________________________
Sung to the tune of “Oh! Susanna, don’t you cry for me.” “

.... “Oh, no Bama, please don’t lie to me... for I’m off to Free Republic with a laptop on my knee.”

I come from Minnesota with my laptop on my knee; | I’m goin’ to Free Republic my true love for to see. | It rained all night the day you left, | the weather it was dry; | The sun so hot you froze to death, | Obama don’t you lie. | | Oh! No Bama, don’t you lie to me; | I come from Minnesota, with my laptop on my knee.

I had a dream the other night, | When everything was still; | I thought I saw Obama dear, | A-coming for The Hill. | The smearing lie was in Duluth, | The croc tear in his eye, | Said I, I’m coming for the truth | Obama don’t you lie. | | Oh! No Bama, don’t you lie to me; | I’m off to Free Republic, | with my laptop on my knee.

I fight in my pajamas, | It’s plain for all to see. | I aim to be the next Buckhead; | The media all hate me. | I fell in love with Sarah | When my sister bit a moose. | The Guvnor’s family ate it up | And then they set it loose. | | Oh! No Bama, don’t you lie to me; | I’m off to Free Republic, | with my laptop on my knee.

She loves her sons, she likes her guns, | and Triggernometry. | The media will jump the shark | When she makes history. | Well, JimRob knows she’ll pave the trolls | So controversially, | And Berg will knock Obama down | With friends of Hillary. | | Oh! No Bama, don’t you lie to me; | I’m off to Free Republic with a laptop on my knee.

I soon will be in Hawaii, | And then I’ll look all ‘round, | And when I find his birth record, | I’ll fall upon the ground. | But if I do not find it, | This Freeper’ll surely die, | And when I’m dead and buried, | Obama don’t you lie. | | Oh! No Bama, don’t you cry for me; | I’m off to Free Republic with a laptop on my knee.
