And yes floyd wont ever fight him, he is obviously too scared, puts all sorts of restrictions and then when manny finally agrees comes up with more excuses. Floyd brags he is the best, but you have to fight and beat the best to claim that and as of yet he hasnt. Manny is now at champion at 8 different weight levels, by far the best pound for pound fighter.

Pacquaio actually held back during the last 2 rounds knowing he was way ahead on points.
He was asked about his holding off, he said “This is Boxing, not Killing”.
I don’t think Pacquiao needs Mayweather to prove he is the greatest anymore. In fact if Mayweather wants to erase doubts about his greatness, he should fight Pacquiao and stop giving excuses.
