Why are they searching for the suspect if she crashed her car and died? Said suspect should be in the car.

No, if you read the sentence it says the suspect shot the victim 5 times and then the suspect crashed her car and died.

Address: 8899 Beverly Blvd Yep, thanks. Only a (very) short walk east of the old Chasen's restaraunt (9039 Bev. Blvd). I'd wager they're related. Dave opened Chasen's in '36 with Frank Capra. Ronni could be his daughter. I'll find out.
