Hmmm. It doesn't seem to be tied to facebook. It seems to local to FR. No, it appears that it is going directly to Facebook. When I clicked on the "Like" button, a new window opened in Facebook which prompted me for my Facebook password to log in. (If you're always logged in on Facebook, you may not see that.)

The Facebook like button annoys me a lot less than the endless reminders of how much Romney sucks, as though I'm in danger of forgetting.
I'm no Romney fan mind you, but embedding the message into every single thread is a bit much.

Just curious, why is ther facebook links on FR for Like? I personnaly don't like Facebook and refuse to use it. I also sind FR having it annoying. I don't know ho other FReepers feel about this but would like to now why FR chose to add it.
