A man reportedly “walking awkwardly” as he asked to use the bathroom at the Charlotte County Jail was arrested after deputies found he was smuggling drugs inside his body.
Salvatore James Zambuto, 22, of Oswego Street in Port Charlotte, was picked up Wednesday afternoon on an outstanding warrant.
