Miami Heat Want Coach Erik Spoelstra Fired Because He Yells At Them (No one yells at Lebron!)
Business Insider ^ | 11/29/2010 | Dahsiell Bennett

ESPN reports that Miami Heat players are now openly questioning coach Erik Spoelstra and his ability to guide them to an NBA title.

The team is 9-8, but Spoelstra's greatest crime so far? Telling LeBron James that "I can't tell when you're serious." What a monster!

And the revolt may not be so private, judging by LeBron's shoulder bump that he put on Spoelstra during a timeout on Saturday.

Team sources say that Spoelstra is pushing players too hard, because he fears for his job.

Perhaps he fears for his job, because anonymous team sources are already running to ESPN trying to get him fired after just 17 games.

Jeez - who was it in LA who got this kind of treatment - Paul Westphal? Wasn’t he the coach who had to leave because his star prima donna (Magic Johnson) was not just a player, but a player who ran the franchise?

FRACK these non-educated primadonnas......spelling I know. The NBA is an example of the entire US business model, the sooner they both fail the sooner we as a nation can get back to rebuilding what was once the greatest in the world. NO THING is to big to fail, the dream of the liberty of man, self government and equality before law is what is too big to fail.

Magic fired Westphal, and won 5 championships in the process. Jordan fired Doug Collins, and won many championships in the aftermath. The NBA is a players’ league. The superstars call the shots because no one pays $$$$$$$$ for season tickets to watch a coach call time outs.

If the Heat had a Point Guard would they let him touch the ball?

Next they will play the race card....

“He only yells at black players!”

(as if there are any white ones on the team)

James said he was going to Miami to "lead" them to the NBA championship. The Heat is a better team when D Wade has the ball in his hands.

Whitney Houston, we have a problem...

When Chuck Daly was head coach of the Pistons, he cut a commercial for something or another, but he had a great opening line: “It’s not easy to boss around a bunch of millionares...”

A regurgitation of a halfassed ESPN article about whether or not the Miami Heat’s players believe in their coaches is in no way related to the business operations of said franchise or the business of the league in which said franchise competes.

Let me know when Business Insider breaks original news about something relevant to their charter. Like, say, the NBA labor negotiations.

RE: “He only yells at black players!”

Eric Spoelstra might be immune according the rules of the race game. He’s Filipino-American.

Only Whites aren’t allowed to chastise blacks (at least that’s my reading of the Sharpton rules).

NBA = thug league. Who cares about them, the NFL or even MLB. The NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA and ESPN all love Obama.

I'd love to see them fire Spoelstra.....then go on to be even worse with his replacement. I simply don't find anything likable about Lebron James, and Dwayne Wade is not far behind.
