If what you said was true,, it would have EASILY been undone in bankruptcy court. They simply do not accept millionaires giving everything away,, and then walking in to discharge creditors. I doubt it hapened the way you imply.
It absolutely happened just as I described. That is why he currently gets an allowance. A trustee appointed by the court determines what he can spend on his car, house, kid’s private school, and mom’s salary (I have no idea what she does for this salary). It appears that somewhere between the bankruptcy case and now, the court discovered that Vick had perjured himself and squirreled this money away. They would prosecute him for this....but then he can’t play and make any money for his creditors :).
