According to Barack Obama, "The arguments of liberals are more often grounded in reason and fact." But according to Margaret Thatcher, "The facts of life are conservative." Whos right?

Liberals’ reality .. IS a MYTH
bump
Well said.
Here are some of the more outrageous liberal myths I’ve heard:
*The Founding Fathers were socialists
*The rich paid 90% income tax during the Eisenhower administration
*Republicans all live in trailer parks
*Necessary public facilities, services and institutions constitute socialism
*It’s ok to have mandatory health insurance because you must have car insurance
*If we did away with unions, we would go back to the days of the robber barons
*It is inconceivable that anyone could possible dislike Obama for any reason other than his race
*Robert Byrd ceased being a racist after the 1960s
*John Leibowitz and Stephen Colbert constitute a legitimate source of news
Some of the comments at the bottom of the article are worth the time to check out this read.
Some just refuse to accept history as is, rather than what they believe...FACTS are very Inconvenient for their stories.
To me the liberal society is wasting all your funds on putting your children through a liberal indoctrination course and then having them repeat the process through every generation.
But when faced with a disruption of society or even a disaster they are helpless to fend for them selves and whine for assistance.
Go through life wearing the badge of supposedly higher learning but yet when face with the reality of having to start from scratch or to be totally sufficient they fail...and die.
Truer words have never been spoken!!!
According to Barack Obama, “The arguments of liberals are more often grounded in reason and fact.”
I’m sure he meant “outright lies and half truths”.
“Here are some of the more outrageous liberal myths Ive heard:”
The one that is most disgusting is that Jesus Christ and his apostles were homosexuals, and that he “affirmed a gay couple.”
The Socialist Delusion
Liberals are to put it bluntly delusional and insane.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over and expecting a different result - Albert Einstein
And that's socialism/liberalism/communism/progressiveness (or whatever they call themselves today) for you. It is the same old story, even though their ideas and ideals have without exception failed every single time and have caused nothing but death and misery, they are still deluded into believing that "this time it will be different."
Usually this delusion is caused by the belief that the past reason for failure was
1) The right people were not in charge, but the new leader is so much smarter and/or less corrupt than anyone that has tried and failed before, therefore he/she/it will make it work this time. (Hence Obama's nickname "The One")
2) We just didn't spend enough money if we only spend more and spend it sooner . (2nd stimulus anybody)
3) It's whatever scapegoat/Emmanuel Goldstein they can find fault for opposing them. ( Bush's fault)
4) We just didn't get our message out (aka. The people are just too stupid to see how brilliant we are).
“Anyone who thinks that the same policies that brought about such “successes” like California, Detroit, Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, etc. etc etc would work at the United States Federal level is not living in reality to say the least.”
New York, New Jersey and California pay the federal government way, way more than comes back in federal expenditures.
Conversely many other states get far more back in expenditures, than the amount they send to Washington in taxes.
California has borne the cost of millions of illegal immigrants, for decades.
This is a major factor in the deficit budget.
Washington has been doing the deficit spending routine for a lot longer than California has been doing so.
Its a mental disorder.
Who's right? Well, Randall, look over there. See it? That pile of dead, rotting corpses? That pile of two hundred million murder victims? That's what liberalism gave us in the 20th century.
Now here's your anser, Randall. If that gigantic pile of dead bodies matters to you at all, if it somehow mystically touches your heart in any way whatsoever, you're a conservative, whether you know it or not.
On the other hand, if you look at that giant rotting pile of bodies and are irritated by their irrelevency, if you feel they are just a start of something that can work if we just keep trying, or if you just flat out don't give a damn, then you are a liberal.
I might also add:
*All Republicans are fundamentalist Christians who think the Earth is 10,000 years old
*All conservatives are Republicans
*All conservatives own a gun
*The Nazis were Christians
*Timothy McVeigh was a Christian
*Jesus was a socialist
*George W. Bush was conservative
*There would be no Islamofascists if the State of Israel didn’t exist
*Ted Kaczyinski was not inspired by Al Gore, even though he owned a copy of “Earth in the Balance”
Oh, and I also found this hilarious list of Obama “accomplishments” on the net.
