A 20-year-old Alabama man has been charged with a sick and twisted crime -- burning a "V" into the forehead of a teenager, claiming to police that he's a vampire.
Evan Francis Brown of Albert, Ala., was arrested on a warrant in Gadsden for second-degree assault on Tuesday when he appeared in court for a separate vandalism charge.
Police detective Mike Hooks told The Gadsden Times that the blood-sucking wannabe tricked his 17-year-old victim into thinking they were playing a game at Brown's home. He then allegedly tied up the teen and beat and burned him with cigarettes.
At some point during the October incident, Brown heated a fork or spoon on a stove and used the cutlery to brand the victim's forehead with a "V."
He was eventually released on a $2,500 bond.
Brown told cops that he's a Satanist and goes by the nickname "Vamp."
Investigators said Brown had worked at a haunted house during Halloween season. He wrote on his job application that he "looked creepy and I enjoy scaring people."
The French used to brand brand some of the wandering hordes of “vagabonds”. Real vampires ought to be branded using a silver crucifix.
He looks like a pansy
Christopher Lee, he’s not.
Well, if it’s off to one side of the kid’s face then, with the help of a Sharpie, it could be turned into an “angry” eyebrow.

He claims to be a vampire? Very well, slowly hammer a wooden stake through his heart. Problem solved.
Richard Ramirez wannabe?
He’s gonna be popular in D Block.
