Looked at your code, and you did it the hard way! Looks like your site was hand coded back in 1995... no CSS, but inline HTML... no doctype declaration means it will never validate...
Generate a proper head using a head generator
More meta tags with a Meta Tag Generator
Also, don't forget your robots.txt generator
If you really want to speed up all that hard work and have a nice CMS (Content Management System), try learning WordPress. It's free and open source and is an excellent CMS... you can set it be a static page instead of a blog.
