The site is REALLY slow. There seem to be issues that have been ongoing. I know you're in a Freepathon, but in the LAST Freepathon, I gave you quite a bit of a donation. Why? Because I like the site and I thought I ought to contribute.
This slowness is really frustrating. What's the problem?

Myself and others have experienced the same thing here. I would suspect a Destributed Denial of Service attack. That happens when hundreds or thousands of computers are programmed to send repeared queries that overload the server and takes out all services or really slows down the ones that are serviced. That this comes just as the Republicans have been sworn into the House of Representatives seems too much to be coincidence.

just came in the log-on...
been lurking...
noticed a vanity (since removed)
back a ways resembling an unknown
though going back, vanity is gone.
I did not get the posters nick....
This question...having been asked....
by poster of thread is valid......imho
I too am experiencing slow response time.
Any thoughts?
