At the moment I am feeling better. I was better yesterday, ... and then I got dressed. I didn’t spend quite the whole day flat yesterday, so it was better than Sunday. I’m being careful.

Dawn broke about 10 minutes ago. It stays dark so long.
I can’t get my feet warm, I sit in my chair, feet propped up. got a small electric heater zeroed in on my feet. When I do get warm I have GOT to clean in ‘shack in the back’, change the bed, wash the dishes. My problem is that forever little fellow in my head telling me ‘put it off till tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and nothing gets done.
