Apparently... “NO” doesn’t mean “NO” in Israel.

I can say, from some personal experience, the meaning of the word “NO” can be rather murky.... in the dark. It’s all about the intonation... and, what’s happening with the hands while “NO” is being said.

Of course it does.

I am curious what word they used, as Israelis are a precise people.

“Rape” typically means dark alley, tackle, forced sex.

“Date rape” means “acquantance rape” — and is just as illegal.

Probably a more meaningful question would have been “do you think forcing sex on someone you know should be illegal”?

Almost seems like a poll designed to give a false impresison.

Just saying “NO” is a ridiculous level of claiming a as serious a crime as a rape. Far more sane to consider the whole of the circumstance.
