Okay someone has got to explain this to me. At the beginning of the show Anna said that Lisa was entering her fertile period. Then *Lisa is hatched and can immediately mate with Tyler. Shouldn't she have to “mature” for a season or two like Lisa did?

good question. that is the fun part of many of these programs/movies.. a few little holes now & then.
I am not sure a big part of the 2nd Lisa making, mating, kill was so the first Lisa could watch as part of her punishment.
