I’m a 07/02 SOT.....there is talk in the NFA Tech Branch that higher command wants to put the SAIGA in the Destructive Device category same as the Streetsweeper and USAS 12.

Another un-Constitutional F-Troop Rule Of The Day.

Wow.

I looked through all that document. I kept seeing the words “sporting purpose”.

Funny how that word doesn’t appear in the Constitution. In fact, it clearly says, “shall not be infringed”, which seems to PROHIBIT the very acts that the ATF is now undertaking.

Hmm. Strange. Wonder what part of “shall not be infringed” they don’t get?

I guess the new Kel Tec shotgun well be a hot seller with people would want this type of weapon.

Give me a good 870 any day.

the ATF

That would be the BATFE, who really doesn’t deserve one letter much less 5 going on infinity.

If they are close enough to use a shot gun, you are going to need more than 20 rounds if the 870 can’t handle it.

I would, but they won’t sell the AA-12 to the public...

Damn right. I'm already saving to put one of those in my safe. 14 rounds in a pump with selectable tubes? So you could load one side all slugs and load the other with a variety of loads and then switch back and forth? HECK YEAH! PLUS it's a bullpup design and the empties eject straight downward. What's not to like? Too bad I'm so effectively blocked here at work from using YOUTUBE. Can somebody post a video clip of the new Kel Teck shottie in action?

The Destructive Device category has always struck me as an all inclusive term for banning anything that makes a soccer mom, male or female, need bladder control protection, which at the whim of the powers that be could be as minute as a BB pistol. That BB will destroy things, I guarantee.

So what’s your point? You seem to want to be divisive.
