Sarah Palin has hired a veteran operative to serve as a chief of staff to her loosely organized team, one of the biggest indicators yet that the former Alaska governor is leaning toward a run for the White House.

POLITICO confirmed late Friday night that Palin has hired Michael Glassner to serve the key role.

She broke under the pressure of being governor due to various forms of gridlock. Then she resigned. Being president has far more pressures. How will she handle that?? Just curious.

Are you that naive? You and others like you are a liberal's wet dream. You make their job so easy.

Karma: Imam onozo instructing his goons in Alaska to overload Sarah with false ethics charges to consume her time and bankrupt her with exhorbitant legal fees. Later, in 2012, Sarah defeats the imam and deports his ass back to kenya!

“due to various forms of gridlock”

How far is your head up the horse’s arse? Her choice was to quit or be bankrupted personally by all the frivolous ethics complaints. Of course you knew that already and are just astroturfing. Get off my screen, and clean up that turdy mess you’ve made

Pissant I had read here some time ago that you had been converted to the Sarah Palin team...What happened have you backslid again??

I like Bachman, but to think she would actually run if Sarah throws her hat in the ring, sounds a bit self serving to me. YES SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO RUN, YES THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO BUILD A MOSQUE IN NY (actually I disagree that they have a right to build the Mosque, but that`s another story)

So they have the right, but is it the way to go I ask you? Counter productive, to say the least.

[pissant,] You fail. Pretty soon you will be reduced to using one of your other user names on freerepublic., but you'll still fail as this is Palin Country.

I wish you were right, but sadly, I think his propaganda campaign is actually having its desired effect. In one of his threads last week, several self-proclaimed Palin supporters said they would not support her for President now. I was in the middle of that furball of a thread, and was called 1) "liberaltarian", 2) un-Christian, 3) "pro-gay" for supporting Sarah Palin. (I case you don't know, I am none of those.)

My theory is, both on FR and in the media at large, the anti-Palin campaign is working on the sheeple.

Guess what? The President can't be sued for trumped up "ethics charges" and stuck with the legal bill. But you probably already know that, and just want to trot out the old "quitter" and "folds under pressure" memes.

Sarah’s damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t...

Just last week there were a flurry of PDS posts squealing that she wasn’t serious because she wasn’t hiring any professional staff and getting people on the ground.

Now, she hires a seasoned logistics guy with strong connections inside the GOP network and this thread is what we get.

The good news: It's another step towards running rather than away from it.

The PDSers are very saddened.....

Oh, you knew she'd hire a COS for her PAC and his surname would be Glassner?
