Just wanted to find out and in the process, share any news that you Freepers may or may not have heard about Wisconsin and the weak kneed Democrat Senators.

I know they are supposed to arrive home today but Drudge really has not reported any details (if there are any to report)........

I do believe the fleebaggers will be at the big union/hippie rally in Madison today.

They are the featured speakers as I understand it.

I think they’re going to speak as “heroes” at the massive circle jerk called the democratic rally at the capital.

The should be arrested for contempt on sight.

Doesn’t matter. The state legislature is in recess until April, which means they can safely come and not be compelled to vote.

I’ll post this here instead of in a new thread:

From Wis Politics:

Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald today said in a press release the 14 Senate Democrats who will be celebrated at the Capitol today should be ashamed.

“Their appearance at the Capitol today is in direct violation of the contempt order issued by the state Senate earlier this month, and it proves their absolute disregard for the institution of the Senate and the constitution they took an oath of office to serve,” Fitzgerald said.

On March 3, Senate Republicans passed a resolution authorizing the Senate Democrats to be detained by law enforcement and brought to the Senate floor. A spokesman for Fitzgerald said while the Dems continue to be in contempt, they will not be detained today.

“To the Senate Democrats: when you smile for the cameras today and pretend you’re heroes, I hope you look at that beautiful Capitol building you insulted. And I hope you’re embarrassed to call yourselves senators,” Fitzgerald said.

I heard tomorrow they will be arrested outside the capital. The Senate Leader was on Fox News and said he expects State Police to take the Fleabaggers into custody and escort them to the Senate Chamber and then locking them within till Master at Arms of the chamber could come.

Doesnt sound like they want to yet. If they do, The GOP will pass a vote on the original legislation on top of the stuff passed Fri.

Passing this leg. with a full Senate will cut off any possible lawsuits...

could actually see these Flee-baggers stay out quite along time yet...

They appeared at Madison rally to declare they were back because Walker woke up the middle class.

Truly delusional.

Then they urged boycotts of Wisconsin businesses that supported Walker.

Now they’re getting slammed.

Senator Chris Larson (previously cited with shoplifting, a disorderly conduct and with operating an unregistered PAC and keeping the money for personal spending) appears to be the spokesman for the group today.
