Just wanted to find out and in the process, share any news that you Freepers may or may not have heard about Wisconsin and the weak kneed Democrat Senators.

I know they are supposed to arrive home today but Drudge really has not reported any details (if there are any to report)........

I do believe the fleebaggers will be at the big union/hippie rally in Madison today.

They are the featured speakers as I understand it.

I think they’re going to speak as “heroes” at the massive circle jerk called the democratic rally at the capital.

The should be arrested for contempt on sight.

Doesn’t matter. The state legislature is in recess until April, which means they can safely come and not be compelled to vote.

I’ll post this here instead of in a new thread:

From Wis Politics:

Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald today said in a press release the 14 Senate Democrats who will be celebrated at the Capitol today should be ashamed.

“Their appearance at the Capitol today is in direct violation of the contempt order issued by the state Senate earlier this month, and it proves their absolute disregard for the institution of the Senate and the constitution they took an oath of office to serve,” Fitzgerald said.

On March 3, Senate Republicans passed a resolution authorizing the Senate Democrats to be detained by law enforcement and brought to the Senate floor. A spokesman for Fitzgerald said while the Dems continue to be in contempt, they will not be detained today.

“To the Senate Democrats: when you smile for the cameras today and pretend you’re heroes, I hope you look at that beautiful Capitol building you insulted. And I hope you’re embarrassed to call yourselves senators,” Fitzgerald said.

It would be nice if other States would allow (or suggest they follow) the example set by the Wisconsin Democratic Senators.

I heard tomorrow they will be arrested outside the capital. The Senate Leader was on Fox News and said he expects State Police to take the Fleabaggers into custody and escort them to the Senate Chamber and then locking them within till Master at Arms of the chamber could come.

That is a shame, why did the Republicans allow the session to end? Wouldn't it have been better to hold the session open in case liberal judges block the bill for some reason or another?

It looks to me like the Democrats are launching a blizzard of lawsuits and all it takes is one judge to derail the process. Remember, Walker's bill doesn't become official law till the SoS publishes it - and he is refusing to do so till the last possible moment allowed (March 25th) because he said it needs time to go through the courts.

It is my guess some leftist judge will block the law on some technicality and it would be nice to have the legislature in session to re-pass the bill if necessary. The left is already pouring their energy into the April Supreme Court election hoping to tip the balance of the court to the "progressives" (aka Socialists).

It’s too bad our leader in the House of Reps (DC) don’t have the cajones that Walker has. They MUST remove funding of Obamacare! Or else they are OUT in 2012.

Where are they going to incarcerate them?

Probably some nursery school somewhere.

Um, The Republicans in the US House of Representatives did vote to defund Obamacare, and they also voted to scrap Obamacare in its entirety.

In Wisconsin, Walker has a Republican Assembly and Senate. The Republicans in the US House only hold a majority in that body and have no ability to force the US Senate or President Obama to go along with a single thing they do.

Doesnt sound like they want to yet. If they do, The GOP will pass a vote on the original legislation on top of the stuff passed Fri.

Passing this leg. with a full Senate will cut off any possible lawsuits...

could actually see these Flee-baggers stay out quite along time yet...

Umm, you need to read up or, better yet, go listen to Mark Levin yesterday. When the dems passed obamacare, they did it in such a way as to guaranteeing funding for a decade or more. To rescind the funding, Boehner has to suspend some House rule in order to bring it to a vote and he refuses to act like the dems did during pilousi's reign of terror. He doesn't want to act like the dems. He wants to show respect for the House rules.

I wonder what Walker and the Republican Assembly and Senate has for the first item to be voted on in April. Might be interesting, hehehehehe.

They appeared at Madison rally to declare they were back because Walker woke up the middle class.

Truly delusional.

Then they urged boycotts of Wisconsin businesses that supported Walker.

Now they’re getting slammed.

Senator Chris Larson (previously cited with shoplifting, a disorderly conduct and with operating an unregistered PAC and keeping the money for personal spending) appears to be the spokesman for the group today.

“Now they are getting slammed”.
I don’t see it. So far, the Fleebagging Rats seem to be getting much more attention than they deserve and some in the MSM have once again strapped on their knee pads and made them look like champions of ...something..
