This tax only applies to families with more than $200K (individual) or $250K (family) income. Ever hear of inflation and the Fed running its printing press?
The AMT (Alternative Minimum Tax) was only supposed to be used against the "rich," but now "rich" is $75,000 year.

Actually the big question is: What does real estate have to do with health care?
Regardless of the threshold it's another tax increase on something unrelated to the bill it's in.
