Furthermore, why does anyone ever eat canned food, when they can go to a nice restaurant and have a good, freshly prepared dinner made to order for just a few hundred bucks? And why do people still have computers or TVs that are more than six months, or a year at most, old? Don’t they realize how rapidly technology goes obsolete? Furthermore, why doesn’t everyone have swimming pools? And horse stables? And polo courts? And their own private jet? I mean, we’re a civilized world now, aren’t we?

In case you're healthy and normally furnished in the brain department there's no reason why you should not drive a nice Volvo/BMW/M-B/Audi/SAAB/Cadillac and own a nice home. Geez, another person telling me how I should spend my money and live my life. I only take this sh!t from my kids.

LOL! You buy the booze? or make it? Lots of my Swedish friends drank moonshine. Something about the laws in Sweden.
Check out American grocery stores. Compare and contrast to european grocery stores. We win. Hands down. Lots of it, and lots of variety. 40 brands, sizes and types of canned tomatoes alone. Stores measured in acres, not square feet.
