Bojangles is the best chain chicken if you’re in the Southeast. In San Antonio, the best chain chicken is from Bill Miller BBQ. I wasn’t impressed by Bush’s Chicken, but the one time I went was 9:30 at night so maybe I need to try them earlier in the day. There are lots of Church’s in San Antonio (their hometown), but I haven’t been impressed by the taste/price ratio.
