Very possibly, the property owner can designate spaces for whomever he so decides.

Personally, I think all lots should have a place reserved for FReepers.

At that point it becomes a civil suit where the business CANNOT win.

Imagine a local grocery store doing this. Sure maybe they can handle a lawsuit or two. BUT....imagine 3,4 maybe 5 individual lawsuits, one right after another. Pretty expensive parking spots at the cost of 5 lawsuits, just to be "cool" and trendy. Not to mention the lost revenue, as the lawsuits over parking spots would obviously make the papers.

I think more people are irritated with all this eco friendly pc crap, than are into thinking its hip and cool.
