An Anchorage police officer who took on a false identity that masked his Mexican citizenship has been arrested and charged with passport fraud, federal officials said today.
At a news conference Friday, U.S. Attorney Karen Loeffler said that patrolman Rafael Espinoza, on the Anchorage police force for about six years, was really Rafael Mora-Lopez, a Mexican national working in the United States illegally.
The identity swap was discovered when the police officer applied for a U.S. passport and officials from the State Department found that the Rafael Espinoza identity he was using was actually someone else in the Lower 48, Loeffler said.

I would like to congratulate the Anchorage POD for not making this illegal alien their Chief. All over the country, PDs, FDs, Boards of Ed, Municipal Management committees, are just knocking themselves out looking for minority candidates ... any minority candidate .... to fill those top spots.
The racket is they contract with "National Search Firms," which in exchange for massive fees ($200 Thou and up), come up with Affirmative Action Candidates see "Chief Moose" who are grossly and inhumanly incompetent, but aggressive, and who will have to be bought off after after a year or two of screw-ups, + damages for "discrimination," "hostile work environment," etc. Did I mention that the hiring body also has to find work for the spouse, "Affirmative Action Coordinator" for the public library or somesuch at a minimum of $150,000? OBTW, she/he will sue, too, when the town gets wise to the scam and tries to fire the other.
No worries. The "National Search Firm" will lay the AAA (Affirmative Action Ani) on yet another gullible set of small town liberals. and restart the money machine.
In fact, I predict this Mexican SOB will be interviewing for "Director of Public Safety," @ $$200K for some town in NW Maine that has never seen a Mexican outside of the pages of the worn National Geographics in the barbershop.

Oh I am positive this goes on much more than we are told if most cases were commanly known how many court cases would have to be thrown out or re tried!
Actually, our next civil war will be fought exclusively between African-Americans (formerly aka "Negroes") and Hispanics (formerly aka "Mexicans") over who gets to be in the Fire Department (formerly aka "Irish Welfare")
Based on past performance, I would say the town will burn down just as effectively under either group, because soon no white man will be able to afford a garden hose or a a faucet where it can be attached.
