If Natural born subject can include a naturalized subject - be the same thing after naturalization, then by your logic in stating that NBC and NBS are the same, then a Naturalized citizen of the US is the same as a natural born citizen and Arnold is qualified to run.
Since the very first days of this nation it has been recognized that this is NOT the case as Naturalized citizens are not allowed to run. Otherwise Arnold could be POTUS.
