Don't know the size of your town nor your location but in my town, I'd phone the authorities at that time of "suspicious possibly drug related" at that time then follow up the next day with my local authorities.
There would be a Co. Sheriff's officer responding at 3:00 a.m. but local police would be notified and let me know of situation as I'd "be concerned for my physical well-being" for any drug or gang related goings on.
MY best advice is to drop a dime on that house from a payphone (if you can still find one) and tell them that there is obviously a LOT of damn money being made there, and you are absolutely sure these people are giving the IRS their share - problem solved.

Don’t where you live, but a human trafficking group was busted up here. They were using Mexican women as prostitutes for Mexican men from Knox County, TN to Louisville, KY. They did not see me spying, They know when I’m home I am always looking outside. Besides they do not like me cause I already went over there once and went off them very loudly about them stealing my licence plate , I have breast cancer plate and one day their car had it on and mine had it off. Cops took a report but that is as far as it went. Me looking out the window is normal now.

What I mean is the 2 who came out of back of truck we’re not standing around thanking the driver for the lovely ride or offering him a tip. They just got out quick and they took them inside quick.Things people due to avoid being seen or heard. There was no reunion are anything like that. But they sure we’re in a hurry to get them inside. I did not see guns,but it’s just the haste of getting them inside that looked very abnormal, is what I am saying. In minutes 2 mexicans, their greeter,truck, all gone.

They do have some Mexico decals .Once when i asked them about my license plate they said what because we are Mexicans we are afraid of police. They came out and said it. Just putting 2 & 2 together
Wow. Your neighbor problems just keep getting weirder, week to week.Tell me about it. I did tell them when I confronted them about my plate, they did have other neighbors they can annoy besides me.I suspect their are illegals there as new people come and go all the time It was just this time I saw them getting out of that truck.You just have to live here and see it, to know something is wrong
I had the same situation a few years back. I called everyone I could think of. The one I remember best was the zoning department. I called them and told them there are about 20 people living in the house next door which is only 864 sq. ft. They told me in order to do anything about it I have to prove that they all live there. I questioned how one would go about that and I was told to look in their mailbox and see who received mail there. One good thing about all the foreclosures is it removed these scumbags as my neighbors!

I am starting to think you might be the next door neighbor. All one has to do is get something wrong about Mexicans and every supporter in town will come forward and sue you for everything you got. remember Cochise County ranch , Mr.Barnett was ordered to pay more than $70,000.Everything is not as cut and dried as you indicate it is. I do not see the need of why you want to attack someone for asking about something. It’s uncalled for. You come and talk to find answers, but they’re your answers, not mine.

About the women who were prostituted and moved every four years—I always wonder what happens to those women after they get older. If some of those women are being prostituted against their will, would their keepers just let them go or would they kill them so that they could not report them to the law?
Try to find a way to make money from this. For instance, look up the owner of the house in the county records office (public information) and sue him under the RICO act as a racketeering organization, and you get his house... Sooner or later all the drive-by lawyer scam artists will catch on and the problem diminishes itself.

A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.
Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.
RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.
In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.
