Try going to View-Toolbars-Customize and select Restore Defaults. Will remove other custom toolbar setup.

If not, may have to uninstall Firefox to remove registry artifacts and then re-install.

Okay. Go to All Programs, scroll to Mozilla Firefox, click and a drop down menu will have Firefox (safe mode). Click that and your menu should have the Return to all Original Settings. Let me know.

If you still want to get to about:config, just create a shortcut that contains:

“C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe” about:config

Assuming of course, you have firefox in that particular path otherwise point it to where you have firefox installed.

Switch to MS Internet Explorer.
Dump the Google toolbar.

Thanks.

Will remember that for the future.

Yours was the only suggestion I hadn’t tried (I didn’t see it before I re-installed FF).

Used Revo Uninstaller and totally removed Firefox. Then re-installed it.

We lost some bookmarks but other than that all went well.

Thanks to everyone for their knowledge and tips!
