Call it a "good news/ bad news" scenario for David E. Kelley.
NBC has rejected Kelley's much-hyped revival of "Wonder Woman," but is expected to renew "Harry's Law," his new series starring Kathy Bates which premiered last fall.

What’s the bad news?
Most attempts to ‘revive’ old TV programs have met with little success.
Hawaii 5-0 has had some success, but recently its viewership has been dwindling.
The last one that was a success was Star Trek: The Next Generation. And that ended 17 years ago.
Well, the unseen pilot won’t remain that way for long. Soon to be at every sci-fi and comic con all over the world, then leaked to YouTube.
Hawaii 5-0. I agree. I liked that show despite my very familiarity with the original. The show just bogged down and died.
I tried watching the “new” 5-0... super-simple plot with a bunch of pretty people and views of HI. Like it was a big advertisement to visit Hawaii.
Only NBC was foolish enough not to pass on the script and actually send it to pilot.
They can't do much right at that network but for once they saw the light.
I’ve watched that “Harry’s Law” a couple of times and it is just not good. Usually David Kelly’s shows don’t get this bad until they are on for a while. The actors are appealing and they do a good job, but the scripts, the plots, they are just FLAT. I’m always surprised at how bad it is.
Another one that I’m always disappointed with is NCIS. And I think that has a very liberal slant, always at the end there seems to be some slam against traditional values, etc.
But again, the cast is really good and it is better than Harry’s Law. (I STILL love David Macallum, even after all these years!)
“She had the most amazing eyes.”
Eyes? What eyes? :-)
