I think its the over processing of food and the amount we eat thats making us fat and sickly.
That and the lack of movement and most physical work that we used to do in our daily lives. Heck until the 1980's, most yards were mowed with PUSH mowers!
But it is even more biological than that! Think about this, when we primarily ate fresh foods, those foods were LOCAL to your area. That means you get the nutrients which are needed to thrive in the LOCAL area! Also, just like honey, the more LOCAL to you, the better FOR you! These are basic, common sense problems which can be fixed with basic, common sense solutions!
It does not have to be labeled "organic" to make it better - heck make sure it was grown within 50-75 miles of you and I BET it would be better for you than ANYTHING else! That and GET OFF YOUR BUTT and do something PHYSICAL!!!

I do get off my butt and do something physical. It’s called bodybuilding ;) At least I did this for about 17 years, 1-3 hours a day 4-6 days a week. Had chemo 9 years ago, which wrecked my adrenals and I’ve been struggling ever since. In the past few months I started up bodybuilding again. I just have to take it easy, not lift heavy and not push it. Adrenals once wrecked take years if ever to get back to functioning normally again. Until then, if I’m not careful with my energy expenditure, I pay and pay dearly. Makes life most frustrating, I can tell you that.
