A bit of humor for the day....

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

I snickered.

I did not believe it.

I thought it was just another scare job like the turn of the millenium.

Well if he were off by a couple of days or it happened that he was off a year and it happened at this date next year I would think he was pretty accurate. But then again I am not worried about the world ending any more than I am about global warming, oops I seem to be floating off into space.

Where's the choice, "It happened years ago and none of us made it. Losers!"

That's a fact.. at least as good as any other.

LOL! You’re darned if you do and darned if you don’t! It’s not happening in 2012 either, but that’s what I voted, “No.”

Yes, my bags were packed and everything.
7%

No, everyone knows that doesn’t happen until 2012.
93%

I voted yes I had my bags packed - as I wanted to be on the winning side.

But us prepared ones were only 7%.

Can’t trust polls

All week I hit on every good looking woman I could and explained about the end of the world yada yada....If the end of the world would have been coming, I'd spent Friday and Saturday night alone and left or been left alone. I think the women intuitively knew it was a hoax, if it hadn't I'd made Charlie Sheen look like a neophyte.

I thought they said “rupture” would happen then, so I asked someone to kick me square in the goodies...then I realized...

Boy, was my face red.

Well, I knew it could be any day that it would be the end of the age; but not one day necessarily that Camping picked based on Bible Codes and stuff like that.

Yesterday in church, there was a huge empty section on the right side of the church for about an hour into the service. I joked later that at first I wondered if the section was a bunch of Camping’s followers.

I wonder if any of his followers showed up at work today?

I have a feeling some of them gave away their busineses, homes and money, and are now destitute. Their web site is back up and running, after several days down. The radio station is still broadcasting, but I have not heard from Camping since around Friday or so.
