I don’t doubt that you’re far more familiar with psychopaths than I.

He’s right, you let that many NFL players loose with no curfews and there will be gun play in every strip club from Miami to LA....mark my word........Ray on the other hand uses a knife.

Because the criminals won’t be on the field playing football.

Exactly! Hundreds of thugs with lots of money and nothing to do.

He says if there is no football, crime will increase across the country

Yeah, the players won't have anything to do. No practice during the week, no games on the weekend. They'll be bored.

Seems to me a logical supposition. I am sure there are hundreds of thousands of criminals who are also avid NFL fans. The NFL broadcasts 12-15 hours of games each week (not overlapping). I doubt the criminal fans would utilize that time knitting otherwise.

This is not to say it is smart to state this publicly. Most people look at it as bomb throwing related to union negotiations, which it probably is. But it is still possible to make a stupid statement that is also true.

"Damn straight," he said. "I'm gonna keep my crib even if I have to knock over 500 liquor stores."

According to his theory, the crime rates should increase in the off season. That may be true, but if you remove NFL players from the statistical population, the crime rates don’t change.

Too late.
Amish flash mobs have infested every city in America.

Time to enforce - "Looters will be shot on sight."
