That was exactly my experience in El Paso. I guess it was my ignorance, but the surprise of the city essentially being Mexican shocked me! From the blurring of the border to the streetside shops/bars and barrios... its a perfect example of whats wrong at our borders. God bless the locals trying to better themselves the right way. ...

Another nasty little cultural difference is how they “dispose” of used baby diapers. They toss them out car windows or leave them on store shelves. One day I was walking my dog in my residential neighborhood and watched a Mexican woman pull her car over, change her baby and toss the diaper in the street. Beyond disgusting.

I perceived a similar problem when I was younger. So, what I did was BUY a HOUSE with a frikin' toilet. Also, I have a job with toilets and I shop at stores where they provide toilets for their customers...
