The National Memorial Day Concert on PBS is in progress right now...
watching it now...i had the honor of attending this concert in 1998, sitting on the lawn of the Capitol with my then girlfriend, now wife- it was a life changing experience...
btw- tepid response for Colin Powell...when i was there in 1998 he received a huge standing ovation and had to talk over the applause to keep the program going...just something that must be pointed out...

The National Memorial Day Concert was very moving, and the best part was that mac,the liar, daddy did not soil it with his presents.
Oh wait, why would he be there after all he would not have been the center of attention and it would not have been all about him.
Some days thing just turn out better than others and this was one of them.
