Meet Chavero-Rodrguez, Carlos.
Carlos has been a bad boy. For what, we are not sure.
What we do know, is that he is in the system. He has been convicted of a crime. He has been sentenced and then been granted probation. And now, he is in violation of his probation agreement.
Oh, and by the way, he's in the country illegally (See Count 2).
