I wish you luck in your pizza endeavors. I’ve taken to finding the buy the best frozen pizza ultra thin crust ones at the store and adding cheese, pepperoni, etc. and then cooking it with a machine called a Pizazz. As far as I’m concerned it’s the best way to cook a pizza at home.

I actually make them at home when I have time. Some flour, water and salt, a little sunshine to make the dough rise and then a pizza stone, a paddle with plenty of corn meal spread across it and voila! You can have a really nice pizza in a couple of hours.

I do not suggest this is for everyone, though!
